Deacons honored at annual Mass

The Camden Diocese’s annual Mass for Permanent Deacons and their wives was celebrated April 10 at Church of the Incarnation in Mantua, with Father Robert Hughes, Vicar General, as the main celebrant. After the liturgy, Bishop Dennis Sullivan joined those gathered at the reception, including, in top photo, Ken Bandiera of Holy Child, Runnemede, who was honored for his 35 years of service; and, bottom, Deacon Leo McBlain, Director of Personnel for the diocesan Office of the Diaconate, and retired Deacon Joe Becker.
