Holy Angels Parish, and School, Woodbury, requires a part-time individual to help maintain parish and school facilities.
* Must be knowledgeable in HVAC, plumbing, electric and carpentry.
* Responsible for general cleaning and upkeep in all buildings.
* Must be able to do light repairs and maintenance on a daily basis and be available on call as needed.
* Accompanies all inspectors (fire, health, insurance, EPA, etc.) on their rounds.
* Must be able to work independently, with other staff, volunteers and contractors.
