Mary, Mother of Mercy Parish in Glassboro is looking for a faith-filled, energetic leader to serve as our Youth & Young Adult Ministry Coordinator!
This part-time position (15-20 hrs/week) focuses on building a vibrant ministry for:
- Middle School (Fortis)
- High School (Victoriam)
- Young Adults (20s–30s)
We are looking for someone who loves the Church, has a heart for evangelization, and is ready to walk with young people as disciples of Jesus Christ.
This role includes:
- Planning events, retreats, and service opportunities
- Youth Group and Young Adult ministries
- Mentoring young leaders
- Collaborating with our Confirmation program to keep teens engaged beyond the sacrament
Salary: $15-20k + ministry support
