The Pastoral Associate of Life Long Faith Formation is a member of the parish’s staff and reports to the Pastor. This part-time position (28 hours per week) will also manage and oversee all sacramental preparation and all lifelong faith formation programs. The PALLFF will also manage and have oversight of the entire Religious Education Program using the “Catechesis of the Good Shepherd” as a principal methodology.
Must have excellent organizational skills and facilitated other programs such as: Whole Community Catechesis, Growing in Faith Together, Special Needs Program, The Way (traditional CCD) .
Expected Prior Experience: MA in Theology with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience.
Salary Range: $20,000 to $25,000 per year
