The necessity of outreach to young Catholics is a major diocesan pastoral priority. Theology on Tap is a discussion series for Catholic young adults, married and single, in their late teens (18-19), twenties, and thirties. The evening sessions, sponsored by the diocesan Office of Young Adult and Campus Ministries, welcome young adults to gather, free of charge, to enter more deeply into their faith, ask questions, and socialize with other young Catholics in a relaxed, comfortable setting.

Romano is the Director of Vocations for the Diocese of Camden. He was ordained a priest of the diocese in 2007. Fr. Romano attended the University of Scranton and the Pontifical Georgian University in Rome.
