Romero Center Ministries is an urban retreat and social justice education center in East Camden, NJ that has served over 15,000 young people from all over the country since it opened in 1997.  All of their programs are deeply rooted in service to the community, prayer, and theological reflection.

The necessity of outreach to young Catholics was identified as a major priority through feedback Bishop Galante received when he traveled throughout the diocese at more than 140 “Speak Up” sessions in 2005 and 2006.
