All adults in regular contact with minors must be safe environment compliant which means passing a criminal history background check and attendance at a Child Assault Prevention session (CAP). (The criminal history background check is the same as being fingerprinted.) This includes but is not limited to catechists, teachers, youth ministers, scout leaders, music ministers, coaches and clergy.
