Review of Minutes

Minutes of August 27, 2009 meeting reviewed.

Minutes were approved as written.

Membership report

L. Stech reported one new member for a total of 49 active members.

Treasurer report

D. Mansfield reported no current statement for the checking account and $27,289.02 in the revolving fund savings account.

Networking Meeting

D. Mansfield reported 3 RSVPs for meeting and Board members attendance. D. Slowinski reported on format for the meeting.

Board agreed to presented format and continental breakfast options. D. Mansfield to get bagel tray. D. Callaghan to get coffee and donuts.

Nominations for Board (January elections)

K. Peters reported the open positions as President, Vice President, Secretary and Director.

Board discussed possible eligible persons for the positions. D. Callaghan expressed intent to run for President. D. Slowinski expressed intent to run for Vice President. K. Peters discussed two possible candidates.

Mentoring Parish Nurses

K. Peters presented a motion to develop a program to mentor parish nurses. It will provide accountability of the nurses who participate in the IPNRC Course.

Board unanimously voted for this concept. K. Peters to search online for a template to help in the development of said framework.

Dues

D. Mansfield discussed the current dues schedule.

Board unanimously agreed that no change should be made at this time.

White Mass

M. Idler reported that the White Mass will be held on October 18^th, 2009 @ 1pm.
