“To Trust Again” is a program designed to meet the pastoral needs of couples in which one or both persons are marrying after the loss of a spouse through divorce or death. This program addresses the specific issues these individuals face as they enter into this new relationship, as they begin to trust again.
The presenting team includes couples who themselves are now in church-approved second marriages. The process invites the couple to explore these issues between themselves and in small group settings.
This program is available through the Diocese of Trenton. Couples from the Camden Diocese (South Jersey) are welcome to register and attend this program. Couples completing the Second Marriage Workshop receive a certificate that is accepted as verification of having participated in an approved marriage preparation program.
