Come hear one of the nation’s most prominent New Testament scholars,  Dr. Luke Timothy Johnson, explore the theme of mercy in Luke’s Gospel – the Gospel that’s being proclaimed at Sunday Masses this liturgical year.

Dr. Johnson, a professor at Emory University and notable author, has penned numerous scholarly articles and more than 25 books. His 1986 book, The Writings of the New Testament: An Interpretation, is widely used in seminaries and departments of religion throughout the world.

The presentation, sponsored by the Diocese of Camden in the Jubilee Year of Mercy, will be held on Thurs., Feb. 25 at 7 p.m. at Mary, Mother of Mercy Parish, 500 Greentree Road, Glassboro.

All are welcome to attend.  A free will offering will be taken.
