Part time Parish Facilities Manager

PT Facilities Manager at the Catholic Church of St. Mary

Requirements:

  • This is a Part-Time position with an hourly work base of 18 hours a week from 7AM to 1PM (expandable for special needs/events and the days may change)
  • The applicant must have a working knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems, grounds maintenance, and landscaping.
  • This position is available for an able-bodied person with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, inspect roofs, etc.
  • Duties include some supervision, as well as the physical performance of facilities maintenance, event set-up/break-down, etc.
  • Responsible for keys and access control.
  • Vendor contracting & management.
  • The scheduling of all inspections for code compliance.
  •  The ability to collaborate with parish staff and volunteers on day-to-day activities and special events.  
  • Flexibility in scheduling and additional duties as assigned.

    $23.50 per hour
