On Saturday, March 25, the Feast of the Annunciation, the Diocese of Camden will host the first-of-its-kind Diocesan Eucharistic Congress, in Camden, NJ at the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion (1 Harbour Blvd, Camden, NJ).
The day-long event highlights the inaugural year of the National Eucharistic Revival – a movement to restore understanding here in the United States of the nature of the Eucharist, the bread and wine that become the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit and the instrumentality of the priest. The diocesan congress will gather thousands of Catholics from the Delaware Valley region to more fully understand the Eucharist, the source and summit of our Catholic faith!
This bilingual Eucharistic Congress will feature presentations by national preachers Father Patrick Hyde of the Dominicans (Province of St. Albert the Great) and Father Joseph Jean-Louis from the Archdiocese of Miami, witness talks, prayer and Mass celebrated by Bishop Dennis Sullivan.
All are welcome to the Eucharistic Congress, which goes from 9 AM to 3 PM.

At the Eucharistic Congress food items will be collected for neighbors in need for this year’s Lenten FaithFULL Food Drive in the Diocese. This is an opportunity for those celebrating in the Eucharist to also share in their faith by assisting brothers and sisters with food insecurities.
