Job Summary

Duties
- Classes include Chemistry, Physics, Pre-Engineering
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Provide academic advising and support to students, guiding them in their educational journeys.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Support students with special education needs by adapting instructional methods as required.
- Conduct laboratory sessions in subjects such as Chemistry, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
Skills
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline while fostering a supportive atmosphere.
- Familiarity with research laboratory settings, particularly in scientific disciplines like Chemistry.

Salary range $34,000 – $42,000
