Business professionals, especially those with too much stress in their lives — in other words, all business professionals — are invited to attend the monthly breakfast sponsored by the Catholic Business Network of South Jersey on Feb. 8. The guest speaker will be Gary Zimak, a local Catholic whose specialty is overcoming anxiety at work and home and in relationships.
Zimak is the author of several books, including “A Worrier’s Guide To The Bible,” “From Fear To Faith,” “Stop Worrying & Start Living” and “Give Up Worry For Lent.” He is a frequent speaker at parishes and conferences across the country.
“I have spoken from coast to coast and written numerous books on my personal struggle with worry. It is a battle that I fought unsuccessfully for years,” Zimak writes on his website www.followingthetruth.com/
Zimak is the director of parish services for Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Church in North Wales, Pennsylvania, a regular guest on EWTN TV & Radio and was the creator and host of Spirit In The Morning which aired on Holy Spirit Radio in Philadelphia from 2016-18. His work has appeared in The National Catholic Register, Catholic Digest and Catholic Exchange.
Zimak and his family are members of Saint Joan of Arc Parish in Marlton, N.J.
