07.20.10 Commission report shows benefits of non-public schools to New Jerseyans

The final Report of the Study Commission on New Jersey’s Nonpublic Schools has been issued and shows the benefits of non-public schools for New Jerseyans, including tax savings, greater educational options for families, and the advantages of parental choice in education. 

In particular, the report recommends some form of corporate tax scholarships to fund school choice for parents, such as the Senate and Assembly versions of the Opportunity Scholarship Act.
