Bishop will celebrate a bilingual (English, Spanish) Mass on Friday, May 3
at Divine Mercy Church, 23 W. Chestnut Ave., in Vineland at 7:30 p.m.
The Mass is intended to show prayerful solidarity in support of immigrant families and for comprehensive immigration reform that provides a pathway to citizenship for the estimated 11 million undocumented people in the United States. Such immigration reform has long been a goal of the U.S. Catholic bishops.
