WHY Faith Formation?
The object of catechesis is communion with Jesus Christ. Its aim is to lead people to enter the mystery of Christ, encounter him, to discover themselves and the meaning of their lives in him.
One goal is to make it possible for us to say, with St. Paul “to me life is Christ.”

We aim to assist parishes and individuals in the diocese to achieve that relationship with God, with Jesus Christ. This is a lifelong process for us all and to that end, we strive to support parishes in the effort to provide formation opportunities for all, at every age and state of life.
