PT Facilities Manager at the Catholic Church of St. Mary
Part-time position available for able-bodied person, 18 hrs/week with ability to lift up to 50lb, climb ladders, inspect roofs, etc. Duties: working knowledge of mechanical systems, grounds maintenance, landscaping, supervision, physical performance of maintenance, event setup/breakdown, manage/assist in projects, safety, security, vendor contracting/mgmt, inspections for code compliance, collaborate with staff/volunteers for events; Additional duties as assigned. Flexible work schedule preferred.
