Sponsored by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), the convocation in Orlando is a gathering of 3000 Catholic leaders from across the country meeting to determine the best way to implement Pope Francis’ call for all Catholics to be missionary disciples in today’s world as expressed in Evangelii Gaudium. The delegates are actively participating in workshop presentations, prayer, and keynote addresses.
