Children 4 years and up and pregnant staff members will be vaccinated at the school clinics. Others with a risk factor should see their doctor or go to a Camden County Public Clinic. Go to www.camdencounty.com for the list of public sites.
The H1N1 (swine) Influenza vaccine is the injectable vaccine. Children 9 and under will need two doses spaced one month apart.
Consent forms are in triplicate and will be available either at school before the day of the site or at the flu site. All students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent unless they are of driving age and under 18; these students must bring the completed and signed consent form with them.
