8.17.07 New principals for the new year

Sallianne DeCarlo, Filippini Sister Elizabeth Calello and Michael Healy are among the new principals who will head Catholic schools in the Diocese of Camden this year. DeCarlo, a 20-year teaching veteran who has spent the past 11 years teaching math at Blessed Sacrament Regional in Margate, has become principal there. Sister Elizabeth spent the past 15 years as principal in Catholic schools in Neptune and Trenton, N.J., Ohio, and New York, before coming to St. Peter, Merchantville. Healy, a former principal at Sacred Heart, Vineland, and most recently district manager in sales at SRA McGraw-Hill, is the new principal at St. Anthony of Padua, Camden. Also, Lynn Domenico, former principal of St. Lawrence School, Lindenwold, is the new principal of St. Joseph High School, Hammonton, and Kathryn Chesnut, former principal of St. Francis Assisi School, Vineland, will replace Domenico at St. Lawrence.
