Cemetery Customer Service Representative

Location:   Holy Cross Cemetery (Mays Landing, NJ)

Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties with emphasis on responding to customer requests and processing purchase agreements, payments, monument applications and burial order intakes. Stays informed regarding current policies and procedures. Acts as a back-up to the office manager to show families available burial locations. Collaborates with cemetery team including field workers, management and other office personnel.

Requirements:

High school graduate with good organization and communication skills. Experience of Order Processing systems preferred. Retail sales experience a plus.  Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and must be proficient in using e-mail.  Ability to serve customers with compassion and respect.

Status:
