POSITION: Secretary for Development Office (Camden, NJ)
The Secretary for the Development Office maintains the departmental calendar for professionals and support staff members. Setup, coordinates and staffs a variety of departmental meetings. Maintains departmental budget and expense reports. Maintains office supplies. Answers phones, donor inquiries, and prepares routine correspondence. Maintains filing system.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Experience with Raiser’s Edge software and Microsoft Access a plus. Must type at least 45 wpm.
