Location: Diocese of Camden, Development Office, 15 N. 7th. Street, Camden, NJ
Responsibilities: Provide secretarial and receptionist support to two professional staff members of the Office of Development and the Catholic Strong team. Be committed to providing the highest quality customer service to donors and internal and external customers. Must be able to multi-task project based work in a highly active environment amidst frequent distractions. Project a professional relational, catholic image in all interaction with donors and other customers.
Requirements: Fluent in Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel. Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge software is a significant plus. Able to create and merge data with form letters and create spreadsheets, charts, workbooks and reports. Must type at least 50 wpm. Minimum of two years administrative/clerical experience. Experience working for church or a non-profit organization.
Status: Full Time, 35 hrs. per week
